Hand and Stone

I arrived 5 minutes early and was taken back for my appointment right on time. She didn’t spend too much time with me so it didn’t cut into my actual massage. She left me with about 3 minutes left in the hour. Truly spent as much time as possible to help me relax😊

I love this place. The only reason why I'm not continuing my membership is because I'm a server,and money isn't really guaranteed right now.

Naomi is fantastic. I really like Hand and Stone, but the icing on the cake is Naomi's knowledge and skill. She has a great ability to read the customer and provide excellent customer service while giving a phenomenal facial. I recently moved and it wouldn't make sense for me to keep coming to your location, except that I will keep coming back to see Naomi.

Staff is friendly. Appointments are on time but never feel rushed. Everything is clean and all equipment is new. I also enjoy how they customize my facial for what my skin needs.

Carl is my favorite massage therapist and he has a new schedule that allows me to book with him. I love the tables they are the best.

I appreciate how safe and comfortable I felt; initially I was nervous to do any nonessential task during a pandemic, but you addressed my concerns with masking, screening, and cleaning. Part of the fallout of the pandemic has been worsening muscle pain from increased desk work, so it was wonderful to be able to get it ameliorated. Sam in particular is a caring, skilled therapist and seemed dedicated to ensuring she addressed my specific concerns.

Sheena is very knowledgeable and intuitive about the body and she was helpful in talking me through what she observed. She also provided me with stretching exercises to address issues with my back and shoulders.

This was my first facial but I have been treated by a dermatologist also. I chose to see an esthetician because they have the tools and skills to really help my skin feel and look wonderful without having to prescribe stuff. I wanted to try out facials and if this doesn’t work I’ll go see the dermatologist

When I started at Hand and Stone I had never gotten a facial. I met with Naomi and she became my esthetician. COULD NOT RECOMMEND HER MORE!! She is fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly. Truly, she was a huge reason I got a membership and am continuing it out of state.
