H&S is a peaceful, relaxing place to kickback and spend an hour of your day. The silence is golden, friendliness at front desk is a breath of fresh air in a sometimes cranky outside world.

My therapist was very helpful in teaching me what to do to get the best experience after the massage (drink plenty of water, come back several times to get massage so muscles will loosen up more easily...etc.). She brought me water and kindly answered all my questions.

I loved the type of tables used. The ability to raise the head up was a pleasant surprise.
