I really enjoyed the customer service in this place, they were so friendly and nice. I loved my massage therapist she made me feel so comfortable. I was pleased by how nice the entire place is, so relaxing and makes you feel welcome.

Staffing was friends. They stayed late for an unexpected walk in. Treated my back injury. I had an awesome experience. They treated me with absolute respect and hospitality.

Everything was relaxing from the time I walked in the door. I have been in another Hand & Stone and the atmosphere was not as comfortable as Midvale. I will be back and soon!
