My cousin came in town and wanted a massage. I called H&S and they not only scheduled her for the same evening but they also gave her an introductory rate! She was very satisfied as was I. Secondly, I came in with a very painful area and my massage therapist made 100% difference in the pain I felt. I could not believe the difference. Love H & S. The only downfall is the upgrades are not included in membership. Even 5 options to be part of the membership would make a huge difference. It feels like they nickel and dime you.

I had the most incredible experience. 10/10 would recommend. The massage therapist was amazing, knoweldgeable, and took his time working on my pained areas. The front desk employees were so pleasant and sweet. I felt like royalty. I ended up signing up for a membership – and not just because of the great price and value, but because I genuinely loved the staff and my experience was second to none. Highly recommend and more than highly satisfied.

It was so amazing that I ended up falling asleep! She was great! I asked for a lovely time and she gave it right too me! I know for sure that I'll be coming back in the future. Just not sure in 90 days. Love you guys so much!!!

I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. The people are all very professional and courteous. The membership is very cost effective and we will keep coming back.

I have my first Himalayan Salt Stone massage and it was AMAZING! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They shared information about products and special offers without making me feel pressured.
