This was my first time visiting a place like this. The staff was very welcoming. Making it a very enjoyable visit. For that I would consider make another appointment. So thank you.

Everyone at hand and Stone was polite I am professional. My therapist was responsive to my requests and my appointment began and finished on time.

The staff was very professional and well groomed. I felt pampered and relaxed because of Kelleen. I was given options for more services for products but didn’t feel pressured.

I've been highly satisfied everytime I go there. The only thing I dislike is when using the app to book, I cannot pick my massage therapist. I wish there was a way to pick.

The massage itself felt great. I was hoping for more detail or more time when it got to my hands and feet. Feet were not touched, just wrapped with a wet warm towel, which felt nice but there was no touching there. Face, ears, scalp were not touched either. Those are nice details that go a long way with me personally.

The massage itself was great! My therapist was awesome, super knowledgable and attentive. 10/10 would recommend her as a therapist. The receptionist was also great! The atmosphere was fine. Good parts is it is clean and in a convenient location. I had the introductionary massage, so it was only $90. For that price, it was worth it. I wouldn't return because the normal price is far to high for the overall experience. The staff itself is great, but its the building in general that is below expectations for the price. For the same price, I could go to the Kura door which has a sauna, a steam room, a couch, tea and snacks. The Kura door feels fancy, elevated, like a true spa. Hand and Stone feels like I walked into a corporate office building that had been painted and dim lights had been put in to make it feel like a spa. For $90 or less, fine. But for the normal price? Totally worth going to Kura or other spas in SLC.

I purchased Hot Stone Massage but the staff somehow forget or did not check what I actually purchased before doing the massage. Also, I dont even know is the staff actually uses CBD as an oil.

I am a prior member. I canceled during 2020 when the shutdown took place. When I returned, I was notified that ownership had been transferred and the prices had increased. I was not in a position to become a member again then. My wife gave me a gift card, so I decided to come in. I would have liked to schedule a return, but after discussing the price, I decided not to. Other options in town provide a quality experience for much less of an expense.
