My massage therapist had halitosis due to something she ate. It would help if massage therapists used breath mints.

I normally see holly but she wasn’t available for the appointment that I booked over a month in advance. I was first told that she was on vacation. I have not received a real answer on whether or not she still works there. I would love to know if I need to wait until she comes back or if she will not be back so I can try out other therapists and see if there is someone else I will like as much. Holly was amazing and every experience with her was highly satisfactory. I work on Thursdays which is her only day and I took work off for this appointment. Holly is worth taking off work for, this massage was not worth it.

I know it is a 50 minute massage, but it ended 10 minutes before the hour is up. Since there is time to talk to the therapist before the massage as well as undressing time, that means the massage lasts about 45 minutes rather than 50.

It was my first experience with getting a massage. Everything about it was relaxing, but I didn't come out feeling much different than I did before going in, except for having a good experience. My shoulders were really stiff/sore from a workout the day before, so that made putting pressure on them really difficult, so that's my fault. Also, my main reason for going in was to help alleviate pain from a pinched nerve, and that didn't seem to really make a difference, but once again, not blaming the massage therapist (she was great!), I was just hoping to find a little more relief. I'll be back though!

Overall, the location just isn't that nice. While the employees who helped me this visit were great, in the past its been hit and miss on quality.

Great massage at a fair price. We returned and started a membership again. Prior membership we were able to use the couples Room as a bonus for being members. It seems that is now additional. Wish it wasn't but if that is the new policy we will probably separate.

I was satisfied this past time, but times prior were less than ideal, which is why I cancelled my membership.

I felt everything about the experience was good. There was nothing over the top that made me highly satisfied. My massage therapist was very amazing and I was highly satisfied with the massage.

Wanted a relaxing Facial and the Esthetician was very Chatty.
