Can not find a therapist who is as good as Carl was. This last appointment left me feeling oiled not massaged.

Somewhat pricey. Quality of massage therapist varies.

I really enjoyed the massage from Todd. However the last appointment that I had scheduled was cancelled due to weather which I understand. I had asked for a longer massage than 60 minutes and had it scheduled. When I was rescheduled they could only work me in for a 60 minute massage at a time that I was available.

I don’t know how to use my points last year I bought thousand dollars in gift cards that I should have points for never and explain how to use those. I’ve also purchased upgrades and not gotten as well.

I think I’m just comparing to day spas, and the atmosphere could be even more relaxing with quietness, water options (you were just out of the flavored water that day), and relaxing music.

The explanation of obtaining future services was surprising.

My massage started late and ended early (only got a 40 minute massage) when I paid for more

I just think you can always improve and if you could be more transparent about what you can do with your membership like you can double on them etc…

I visit approximately ever weekend for a 50 minutes massage deep tissue or sports. I have seen very often the massage session ends before the 50 minute mark, about 3-4minute earlier. Would hand and stone accomodate if 3-4 minutes extra massage time is spent then why should I tolerate 3-4 minutes less?
