All the add-on fees begin to add up. I liked the flexibility of using credits but it is ‘t working well for me now. My next appointment will have at least $20 add-on for sharing my credits and using the couples room (that is such a ridiculous upgrade). I’m spending nearly as much as I would at other places. I am considering ending my subscription and making appointments as it fits my schedule.

When I was scheduling my next apt. There were really no women therapist available on Saturday. I work through the week and I can really come in on Saturday. So it was sad that you didn't have women therapist working.

I was satisfied, I cancelled my membership because of financial reasons

It was FREEZING in all areas so uncomfortable since it is freezing outside also, receptionists rude and not explain locations, policies etc. I’m only coming here for Kodi and my accident

This was my first visit to Hand and Stone spa and I was very impressed with the staff and my massage therapist. The front desk staff was very friendly upon my arrival. Gabby, my massage therapist was wonderful.

My most recent facial was the only time the esthetician did not perform any extractions. I thought this was a routine part of the facial. We finished ten minutes early so there should have been time to do this. I did not speak up during the facial to ask about it since I thought it was routine.

I feel the terms "highly satisfied" can be overrated and I rarely use that particular term.

To score highly satisfied it would have to be a higher end experience overall. The experience is good, and is good for the value. It's what is to be expected, but it's not the greatest spa experience of my life.

The new cost of the membership makes it harder to justify this monthly expense. 50 minutes (or most of the time only 45 minutes) seems a bit short and the therapist always seems rushed. Trying to figure out the website in order to book just a standard massage seems complex to figure out.
