I sat in the reception area and it wasn’t relaxing. The massage room felt like being in an office building and the music was coming from one direction.

My son was unable to purchase a gift card for me online or reach anyone by phone to make the purchase. I used the contact me feature online but no one got back to me. I don’t like that your therapists aren’t required to be vaccinated

I was bothered that my massage started 15 minutes late and my massage time wasn’t made up on the back end. My massage therapist was great, but disappointed that I lost time that I paid for. Makes me feel disrespected by the company. My appointment was at 6. (I was there at 5:50) and I wasn’t brought back until 6:10. The receptionist didn’t notify the massage therapist that I was pregnant so she didn’t have the right table set up, so she had to go get that, and she didn’t start my massage until a little after 6:15.

I was recommended an additional facial treatment that cost $20 and I didn’t see any improvement with my skin and I felt like this treatment that cost more cut my regular facial service short. My massage appointment started 12 minutes late. My therapist however spent more time after. The receptionist was not knowledgeable about the add on of a facial on Tuesday that was discounted and wanted to charge me 89 for the facial

Our original therapist scheduled moved her schedule. We were called a week before saying she was sick but accidentally learned her schedule moved. We were told our massage cancelled but when I called to reschedule they found a replacement. We had gotten a cancellation for a previously scheduled message as well.

I was highly satisfied with everything. However, it seems that the pricing continues to increase and is not always clear. It seems to be getting a bit too pricey for Utah. I paid almost the exact same price in San Francisco, which is typically a much more expensive city. Please do not raise prices.
