There was an over-charge on my visit but it was resolved the next day. I had to cancel my membership but restarted it, I wish the price had remained at $49.95

The only thing I found was that the one hour massage did not cover the whole body. The massage itself was fine.

I do not like that membership rates went up and that there is a minimum tip amount now.

Highly satisfied is a rating reserved for exceptional service. It is impossible to receive that rating every time. I am satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone. I will keep my subscription active whenever I can afford to do so.

Amy did a great job with my facial! She knows her stuff. Constructive criticism: While I felt bad for her, she started the facial by apologizing that her stomach might growl because she hasn't had a lunch or had anything to eat. She said she was really hungry since the beginning of the last appointment, but still had multiple appointments ahead of her. This just made me feel really bad from the get go, like my appointment was a burden and inconvenience.

I was satisfied overall, just not highly satisfied. Y massage was good-it started only 3 minutes late, even though I was 12 minutes early. The facial was just okay honestly. I was more let down with the facial, than the massage

The one receptionist was wearing a belly shirt and the second was wearing sweats. Very weird first impression. Then my massage therapist totally creeped me out. He totally relieved my back pain though, so THANK YOU! But I HATED the sales pitch on my way out. I do not need a membership to anything else. The $59.95 seems reasonable for the 50 minute massage, the $99 price point is WAY TOO HIGH. I usually go to a day spa and spend less than that for use of all of their amenities and a 60 minute massage. I was considering getting my mom a gift card for a massage, but I didn't because I don't want to send anyone I love there to receive the sales pitch about the membership, it's a HUGE turn off for me.

The therapist is great but when needing light pressure he was still too strong.

The receptionist was new and attempted to overcharge me for my service. She had to ask for help and I waited ten minutes or so for them to figure things out. It was resolved but was slightly annoying.

Music was a little loud in lobby and massage room.
