The experience was great, but the intake area was crowded with people.

I still have lots of knots in my back where I told them I needed massaged. But they barely touched that area.

It was difficult to get clear information about the member ship program--details seemed to change and the written material was not clear about specifics about starting dates

I feel if I spend extra money on enhancements... I should get a little extra time. I got a mini stone and heavenly foot.... but yet only got 50 mins. Does not make me want to add enhancements when I am paying more for the same time but Holly was amazing!!

I bought a scalp massage. I was under the impression that was IN ADDITION to a full body massage - meaning my massage would now be longer than 50 minutes. But it was part of the 50 minutes. I asked for a full body massage. Hands, feet and front of legs did not massaged. So I left feeling not fully relaxed and a little jibbed on the value.

When I first got there they switched rooms on the therapist so I had to wait another 5 mins before they got the room situation solved. The receptionist also added $10 to my tip, after I clarified twice how much I wanted to leave. That was a bit annoying that she didn’t listen to me.

Confusion on package purchase. Confusion on cost of service. I removed hearing aids and had trouble hearing Them!!!

I just always feel with the same estichian each time it just feels rushed. I did appreciate her taking the time doing the (can not think of the term) cleaning out black heads, and other stuff. I did not like the feel that a $20 tip was what was expected when a membership is only $60.

I had wanted a firm massage to work out the tight spasms I had in my neck and back but when I told the therapist that it was hurting / to ease up, he didn’t. I know perhaps he felt it necessary but it was really uncomfortable and made it even harder to breathe in a mask.

My appointment time was Running behind. The Receptionist say I would get my full time (a full hour) and I was shorted 15 mins. But I did forget to bring it up. I distracted myself with other questions I had with my membership. So I disappointed with myself for not remembering and also with massage therapist.
