The massage started out nice and relaxing and then it was just a lot more pressure than i was looking for, but ultimately it helped me relax my neck and my headache went away. So it was needed

Overall a great experience, just a few tweaks would make it perfection. Sam was amazing - I was taken back a bit late and felt like I missed some time for the actual massage. The oil left me with an odd smell and I had to shower after getting home. Those are my 2 main complaints...other than that it truly was a great experience, which is why my husband and I signed up for a membership.

The receptionist was uninformed about some earned services. My appointment ran short, even with adding microderm abrasion, we ended early. I get to many ads that are inaccurate, have old dates on them.

The last 2x my appointment was late getting started and ended early. I figure if the esthetician starts late she needs to give me my full service. Not stop short to be on time for the next.

Satisfied and booked another appointment for a massage for my husband and I two weeks from the one we had, but we were disappointed that it was not for the amount of time we were under the impression we had scheduled for. Much miscommunication and it happened three times. I booked a facial that was supposed to be a Tuesday and turned out to be a Monday. Was rather annoyed at the lack of "listening" by the receptionist. Annoyed but overall satisfied with everything else.

I was not happy with how guests were managed from a social distancing perspective. There were no markings for distancing and people were closer to me than I would have liked. The massage room did not have a sanitizer and the therapist did not walk me through what they were doing to help ensure my safety.

I scheduled 120 mintues but when I arrived I was told 90 minutes.

Felt like I was rushed. Did not receive a full 60 minutes.
