My hour massage started around 18 mins late and still finished on time

Overall I am very satisfied with the staff and the therapist. I do wish there was a relaxation room you could sit in while you wait and a separate changing room.

The pressure was fantastic! Relaxing while getting in to some problem areas! Wanted full body and my lower back was missed so I had to tell her to return to the area.

It is irritating when we pay for an hour and half massage, show up ten minute early even though we don’t have anything to fill out, and end up going back 10-15 minutes late. If they’re starting appointment late then they need to extend them the extra time.

the massuse hit everything without having to ask for it. the receptionists were both very friendly and they even suggested products to purchase.

I feel like it is slightly overpriced in general though my experience this time was much improved from the prior experience and I really enjoyed my massage this time!

Sebaceous cists are still there. But maybe it is because it will take more time to heal or need more sessions. Or maybe this procedure is not the adequate treatment for my needs. Baylee is awesome, awesome and awesome. She took care very well of me. I will come to see her again.

Everyone welcoming & the place was very clean. A peaceful place not in the lobby to go and in between services would be better.

About 75% of the time I'm asked if I need to use the bathroom. I'm a big girl and will do so if I need to, ha! It's a weird question. The website is repetitive when booking and could be easily streamlined. Reception *always* asks if I want to leave a tip, as I have the tip envelope with cash in my hand. It's not very classy or observant.

I love my esthetician!!! Even though my appointment got moved I was very happy with Naomi!!! I can’t wait to see her again! The front area would be nice if the products weren’t in the middle in my opinion but I was still happy with the looks of it!
