Honestly the therapist was really kind, but unfortunately the main areas of concern I did not feel like were addressed. I told him at the start, my calves, my lower back, and my neck. I felt as if 35 minutes were spent on my shoulders/upper back, and about 10-15 on my lower back, and then less than 5 minutes spent on each of the other areas. When he said the time was up I was almost confused because of how little time he spent in the areas I mentioned as a main concern.

I don't like the membership requirement to get a price equal to what I can find anywhere else. I made my first appointment and went to pay and found out the price was double unless I signed up. I was duped. I love the therapist and would return monthly and recommend friends but I have a sour attitude because of how I was duped to come in.

I wanted just a neck and shoulder massage and thought they would have a massage chair. Perhaps next time. But Alex did a wonderful job and very kind

It requires a really above-and-beyond experience to get that. The esthetician was fine. Just not phenomenal

Had a free upgrade for a scalp massage and it wasn’t great at all as sold. I would never pay for that scalp massage unfortunately. And specially asked for certain areas to be worked on and they were skipped over entirely.

Therapist started a few minutes late for a 2 hour massage. I understand it's not a full 2 hour massage. But they ended 15 minutes early. It doesn't take someone 15 minutes to get dressed. Go to 5 minuets before end time. And please don't keep taking so much time to straiten and tuck sheets. I know you have regulations, but sooooo much tucking and straightening!!!!!

The esthetician that I scheduled for was not there. Gave me another esthetician. Had to ask why instead of letting me know when I checked in that it would be another person. The new person did a good job.

I feel that some of the add on services for the massage are a bit expensive for what you get, i.e. the biofreeze or scalp massage.
