I asked the therapist to work on my peck muscles. But she never worked on them. I didnt really love her style. And if felt rushed. Like I thought it was an hour, but I was in my car by 12:57 (not a full hour) so I was a little confused.

I'm sorry it was very good, but I have better experiences. Please let the estetician know that they should tell the customer what they are doing when giving the facial. The lady was very good - but I would have liked to know what she was using and doing.

I booked an appointment online at 2pm and they did not have the massage therapist in because she was on call and they had not looked at my appointment ahead of time. I ended up starting 30 minutes later after leaving and coming back and then I only had a 40 minute massage because I had an appointment that I had to have a hard stop on. They did discount my massage $10 but I would have appreciated the massage just going right the first time.

It was an okay experience. My therapist was excellent and my dissatisfaction is not in any way her fault. The cost was just too much for what you get for it.

I have a hard time with the soft music, it would be nice to have an option for different music. I’m probably the only person who hates it, lol!

A little frustrated that booking online and thought the app was not working. Booking my next appt in person also seemed to take a little longer. I think the receptionist was new or training so it’s not a huge deal. The online and mobile app is more the frustrating part.

I arrived 10 minutes early like the brochure said, I had all my paperwork already filled out, The lady doing my facial was running behind but I was not told anything, finally about 15 minutes after 4 I asked if she was running late and the receptionist said yes then she came out to get me. but after that everything was wonderful.
