I always receive the most incredible and wonderful customer service from the receptionist. I love the experience and the fantastic turnout after each session with my esthetician. She's amazing and so knowledgeable.

I am 83 years old and still cut and split my own firewood and maintain an acre of property. So I have a lot of pains all the time. My daughter in law gave me a gift certificate for a H&S massage and it helped so much, I already have an appointment for my 6th visit. Vanessa, at the Hackensack location is the best !

Iris did such a terrific job! My previous Hand and Stone esthetician who I've LOVED is in the process of relocating, so I had to find someone else, and after just one appointment Iris will be my new go-to!! She took the time to discuss my skin sensitivities, really thought about which products would work for my skin, and took a very tailored, fine-tuned approach to my facial - absolutely not one-size-fits-all! She was so knowledgeable, had a great technique throughout the facial, and my skin looks awesome!!

Overall, it was a great experience. I had received a facial before at another hand and stone location and it was TERRIBLE. This was a much much better experience and a world of a difference. My facialist knew what she was doing and was knowledgeable but also conscious of the cost of the products she recommended which I appreciated and she didn't pressure me into buying anything although I did wind up purchasing her recommendations. The service was great and she took her time doing everything methodically. I didn't love the fact that the receptionists were pushing the upsell on the Christmas in July sale to people, I get their job is to sell but when someone says they aren't interested they shouldn't push. I overheard someone saying she wasn't working at the time and couldn't afford it and the receptionist continued to try to sell the christmas and july deals which was slightly off putting. Overall great service and great customer service though.

My service provider was authentic knowledgeable and took the time to check in with me but never too often.
