I have been a client here for a while now, although my visits are irregular. I like the no nonsense ambience Hand and Stone presents.

Everytime I go to hand and stone, the staff are super friendly and we always have lovely conversations with the receptionist, my massage therapist, and my esthetician. I recently moved and closer to another location but refuse to leave the Hackensack one due to such great service

My only issue was not getting the full hour of service instead received 50 minutes.

The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The massage therapist worked on the areas of interest.

I've been at this H&S for a while now. The only complaint I have is the VERY different massage styles used by the therapists & turnover of staff. The massages are usually good, but the different approaches to dealing with my VERY tight muscles from the chronic pain I have from a past car accident sometimes leaves me wanting for more. I've recently had the pleasure of being treated by Kamile who is by far the best. Her method of working the muscles has brought me relief which lasts longer than others I've been with. I hope she NEVER leaves!

Shelia was amazing! I will come back just for her. She made sure I was comfortable and checked in with me throughout the massage. I highly recommend her!
