No nonsense approach to skin care appeals to me. I am satisfied with the care I was given, and the economy of time—my time— it took.

This is why people don't care to do surveys. I just said I was highly satisfied with everything & why. I don't understand why a hook can't be put on the bathroom door so we can hang a coat, jacket or sweater. I have mentioned this several times to the receptionist.

Location, friendly staff, and great massage.

I have been a member at Hand & Stone in Hackensack since it opened. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the facility, the management and therapists. It is a great place and I look forward to many more relaxing massages.

Front desk staff had great customer service and Vanessa was excellent, per usual! I bought gift cards to share with my friends this holiday season.

Sheila is a fabulous massage therapist. She goes the extra mile and does things that the other therapists do not. I would like to mention that the ceiling tiles in room six or stained and really should be changed but that is no reflection on her

Coming into your salon is like entering another world. I've fallen asleep several times and don't want to leave when it over. All of the receptionists are kind and helpful. Kelly and Cassandra are exceptional. Iris and Sheila are professional and knowledgeable. All the technicians have their own style and i leave relaxed no matter who i see. I encourage everyone I know to get a treatment at Hand & Stone. It's beneficial to your health.
