My visits to the spa have always been pleasant and relaxing. The staff and my massage therapist, Vanessa, are warm, friendly and accomodating. Love Hand And Stone in Hackensack.

I love the service. The esthetician is amazing at what she does, I always go to her. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I always leave satisfied by the service and can't wait for the next appointment.

All the staff is very friendly and professional. The spa is immaculate as far as cleanliness goes and always has been since from day one. Sheila, my massage therapist, was terrific. Constantly making sure I was comfortable and receiving the most from the massage. The only issue I had was the evening hours have been booked since the reopening of the spa and I had to wait two weeks for an appointment. I guess these days everyone is looking for some stress reducing time.

I went to iris for a facial and she did amazing job and Vanessa was great with my massage

The appointment was handled very well given the covid-19 guidelines. I felt very safe. The hygiene was excellent.
