Everything was more than I expected

My massage therapist, Odvar, is very sensitive and keenly aware of the pressure needed or not needed to alleviate my pain and soreness. He asks me throughout my massage if the pressure is okay and he always asks before beginning my massage what are my concerns that day. He remembers from month to month what my areas of concern are. He is exceptionally gifted.

Ciara was a fabulous masseuse. I opted for the trigger point massage and she did not disappoint. She followed my directions very well; she applied deep pressure to the knots in my back and legs to really break up my tension. I can’t wait for another massage with her next month!
