The whole experience from booking through completion of service is very professionally handled. The employees are very helpful in making suggestions and friendly. I enjoy my time spent at the SPA.

Always welcomed with a smile and addressed by name. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. The scents in the rooms are always relaxing. My therapist, Sabrina is always caring and pays close attention my aches and pains. The entire staff is extremely professional.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. I did not feel pressured to start a membership, but did anyway since the enrollment fee was waived at that time. My masseuse, Odvar, was very pleasant and professional. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my session. I have already booked my next session with him again.

As a year long member this month it's very important to me that they still ask questions of my specific needs and requests as they did on day one ...it shows commitment and focus about their responsibilities and the client satisfaction.
