The staff was very nice and welcoming. Masseuse was very attentive to my problem areas. Esthetician was very knowledgeable about all skin types and what works best. Definitely recommending this place.

I have been going to Hand and Stones for over a year now and the staff has always been kind and attentive. There was a recent issue where one of the ladies that massages burned me with the hot stones and then accidentally put peppermint oil in my eye and the manager handled it to my satisfaction. She is amazing.

I love Sabrina in the Hackensack Store! The manager is also great in keeping me informed of my available packages! Very clean a great place!!!

Facility was really pretty and clean. The bathrooms could have been maintained a little better but other than that the service, the staff, and everything about my visit was amazing. Definitely needed that 1 hour this month.
