Everything was great and staff is amazing but not sure if I got the full hour facial because when I checked the time I started , it ended 10 minutes earlier than my expected/calculated end time.

Iris was incredible very knowledgeable I have Sever acne is even painful to touch my face bust she made me feel so comfortable that I’m coming back for a chemical peel in about 2 weeks she was very caring and informative about my condition

I have chronic severe lower back pain. I had a membership at another massage place & was not getting the service I needed. In my two appointments here at Hand & Stone with two different MT's, I can already tell a difference in the quality of service. They understood what my issues were and they focused on them. I'm hopeful that I'll be able to continue my membership here for a long time.

The receptionists were very kind and accommodating. Manager on duty Chelsea was on top of everything going on. The lovely Gil who did my facial, Star, truly was a star! I loved it so much that I only want her to do my facials!!
