greeting automatically upon entry was very nice. The hospitality of the staff was amazing. The massage & facial therapist were amazing throughout my whole entire service,I couldn't ask for anything else.

The staff was very attentive while I waited for my appointment! They explained how Hand and Stone worked in regards to the warmth of the massage table, the volume of music and the lighting in the room and that I had complete control of all of it. My massage therapist was so good, the pressure was perfect and she focused on what I asked her too!

I reason I wasn’t highly satisfied. There is no specific reason. But I believe there is a huge jump between satisfied and highly satisfied. To have this experience everything would have to be at such level. The massage bed, could be wider and more comfy. The soothing music.. atmosphere all of that would be more welcoming. I believe with the price of membership and massage … certain things should just come for free. For example. Aromatherapy. Why not just enclose in the price. Rooms are so sterile smelling.. and sometimes so plain? Does that make since. After checking into that appt, why not have a separate area to sit and relax. Instead up in the front, hearing the other patrons come in and leave.. some complain… makes my mood come down. Doesn’t make me to relaxed

No specific reason. I went for a facial with microdermabrasion and spent extra on collagen and felt overwhelmed at checkout to purchase a membership.

Miscommunication about using my credit for a massage/facial. It was unclear how much it covers for upgrading a service. Luckily I had points that were used to cover the additional upgrade that I didn’t know was extra until afterwards. The point system should be explained how it accrues and offered to be used if it can cover an upgrade at the time of booking. Also, it should be made clear what I want to use my credit to avoid extra charges since the services are not cheap.

The black mold on the ceiling was highly unsettling especially when you are face up staring at it the whole time. It made the experience poor

The space overall felt small and the location was a little out of place for a spa in my opinion.

I think the esthetician did an okay job, but I've had better at H&S in the past. For example, usually they place a headband around your hair tp prevent the product from going in it. She put a band in my hair but not around my face so alot of product got into my hair and it took several washes to get it out. Additionally, I felt like she was pushing the more expensive upgrades.

I have received better massages elsewhere. The construction happening a few stores down was noisy. When booking the next appointment there was no conversation about if I wanted to switch therapists
