The space overall felt small and the location was a little out of place for a spa in my opinion.

I think the esthetician did an okay job, but I've had better at H&S in the past. For example, usually they place a headband around your hair tp prevent the product from going in it. She put a band in my hair but not around my face so alot of product got into my hair and it took several washes to get it out. Additionally, I felt like she was pushing the more expensive upgrades.

I have received better massages elsewhere. The construction happening a few stores down was noisy. When booking the next appointment there was no conversation about if I wanted to switch therapists

Difficult to use gift certificate. Massage therapist a bit too chatty. Was asked to explain why I declined a series offered at check out.

Everything was great but the front desk girls are too pushy into buying a package. It’s nice to ask once and if the customer says no, please do not try to convince them. I am not the only one who felt this way. I do understand the front desk was just doing their job. The front desk girls are fantastic but I do not need to tell them why I can’t make it there every month for a massage.

On my most recent visit, I was highly satisfied with the facial service as my provider was direct but not pushy and the room and space was clean. The massage I was satisfied with but not highly satisfied. It’s the first time I had that therapist so was a little shy and she didn’t ask what kind of pressure I wanted. However, she did well to pay more attention to the focus areas I identified.

I was very satisfied with my service. We booked 4 appointments 2 at 4pm (my sister & I) & 2 at 5pm (my daughter & niece). I did not pay attention to the amount of time spent during my appointment, but both of the 5pm appointments started late and ran short. Approximately 35 minutes each. I purchased the gift cards for everyone and felt that we did not get out money's worth. No fault of the estheticians who were all excellent.

I feel they can offer more oils or lotions depending what is needed and I feel by the time they start and end the service they are cutting into to much of service time. Should end 5 minutes not 10 minutes before service is over.
