Overall massage was great. Just needed more time on my back because I have been experiencing discomfort there for a long time.

I did not like the sales push to join as a member.

I have had issues at the Clifton store with their front desk staff, and the massage yesterday was weird. Parts felt way too intimate, although nothing was overt it still was very unprofessional. My leg and buttock were exposed and my inner thigh was not massaged, more like caressed. I also added the foot massage to my service, which sucked.

the pressure of purchasing more. To me, I don't need the extras. Quality is important.

The service is highly satisfactory. The perks could be a little more rewarding as in a free add on every couple months

The waiting room is not optimal and there is no place to stand. But I thought Victor was very good. Because I’d that I would go back.

I would’ve moved to highly satisfied if the staff took a little more time on options. For example, I had 3 packages and used one for an upgrade to my massage. I’m not sure if that is my only option or if there were others. The masseuse did a great job of asking me questions prior. I felt slightly rushed by the aesthetician

my appointment was at 1 pm, I was waiting on the table and started at 1:08, was out of the facility before 2pm so how is this 1 hr?

I enjoy everyone at this location. The therapist wasn’t as attentive to the knots in my shoulders even though I specifically spoke about them. Perhaps because she did a lot of shoulder work, but not thorough on the knots. I’m seeing her again and will be more clear.

I was satisfied with my hand and stand appointment. They were able to meet my needs with scheduling. The massage therapist was extremely amazing.
