I was given a form to fill out for the therapist before the massage, and also a list of upgrades to chose from. It asked about target areas, in which I requested feet and stated I had Plantar Fascitis. I also requested aroma therapy and hot stone foot massage upgrade that I did not get. The therapist spent 1 minute in my feet area at the very end. I do not believe she was given the forms that I had filled out which is disturbing because that goes over health issues and requests.

I did not like that I had to carry my clothing and bag while waiting in an empty massage room until my next treatment. They should have a locker room or better waiting area for guests. Also, after my treatments when i was checking out, the receptionist was very pushy in recommending that i start a facial membership when i told her nicely "no". she kept insisting and it slightly ruined the experience for me. i was so relaxed up until that point.

During my last visit, my massage therapist started gently caressing my leg. I asked him to keep the pressure firm, which he did comply, however that experience was weird. I felt like during my last visit he was taking in my body.

I feel the staff is somewhat too assertive in trying to sell services and products. I had knee surgery and did not think it was relevant to receiving a facial. I was not informed of the possible issue when booking the appointment and upon arrival was asked to sign a form saying that I had provided a letter from my doctor when none had been requested of me when I scheduled the appointment.

The value does not match the expense unless you get a membership

For the price, the visit was too short. I paid $100 for the diamond peel facial; that’s too expensive for literally 10 minutes using that machine.

I had a pleasant experience at hand and stone. The size of the room was a little small to my liking and the ambiance of the space.

I had a gift card for this massage, but if i were spending my own money I’d be very disappointed. I purchased an hour massage and I went into my appointment several minutes passed 12PM (booked at 12:00) and the massage ended at 12:51PM. Lastly, I had a gift card for $120 dollars and the final price came out as $117 and change after tax, as told per my receptionist. The remaining balanced wasn’t put towards my additives to the massage I purchased or they didn’t give me the card to put into my balance next time.

They should’ve told me that Inglewood had to close down. I went there on first place. Then I called up and they told me know that they were in South Hackensack so that was a waste of time. I was very stressed for my facial receptionist should’ve told me thank you.

This visit was just ordinary. Highly satisfied for me would be if it was beyond expectations. I asked for certain areas for more attention but I suppose because I asked for a foot massage addition, the specialist was quick with the massage overall.
