The first time I had my massage, he stopped 5 minutes short of the session. I told the manager, and this was corrected on my next visit.

I was happy with my experience but it wasn’t the best facial I’ve ever received.

Overall positive experience but it didn't wow me. Everyone was nice and the facial was good. Easy to schedule and priced ok.

Each time I get a massage, it is not for 50 minutes. The therapist calls me in about 3 minutes after the hour, I get undressed and she comes back around 4 minutes later. For example, if my massage appointment was at 4pm, it is now 4:07. Then my massage ends at 4:50. This is not a full 50 minutes.

Felt rushed to leave and pay after massage. It's like she's reading from a script. I couldn't schedule my next appointment to a convenient date when the front desk wants me to hurry up.

It is always difficult to book an appointment within the next few days, and almost impossible for same day appointments.

My 1 hour hot stone massage lasted actually barely 45 minutes including undressing/dressing time.

Although an excellent massage and facial experience, it is a bit difficult to relax when you are either being sold product or a membership throughout the way. I understand this is par for the course, but it was too much and all throughout the registration/facial/check out process.
