I had a gift card for this massage, but if i were spending my own money I’d be very disappointed. I purchased an hour massage and I went into my appointment several minutes passed 12PM (booked at 12:00) and the massage ended at 12:51PM. Lastly, I had a gift card for $120 dollars and the final price came out as $117 and change after tax, as told per my receptionist. The remaining balanced wasn’t put towards my additives to the massage I purchased or they didn’t give me the card to put into my balance next time.

They should’ve told me that Inglewood had to close down. I went there on first place. Then I called up and they told me know that they were in South Hackensack so that was a waste of time. I was very stressed for my facial receptionist should’ve told me thank you.

This visit was just ordinary. Highly satisfied for me would be if it was beyond expectations. I asked for certain areas for more attention but I suppose because I asked for a foot massage addition, the specialist was quick with the massage overall.

I am used to having Sheila as my massage therapist. Very hard to have a different person. No one is as good as her.

I have been a member with Hand & Stone for over 2 years at another location and have always had facials done so I am familiar with the process. I do not feel as though the extractions are enough, it is very minimal and each time I have a service for facial at this hand and stone it feels as though I am being recommended to have an upgrade. I love the upgrades and have no issue with them or cost however, I do not feel I receive the amount of attention my skin needs when I come to this location. My service started late and felt very rushed through. I was done and dressed by 6:53 while my service is supposed to be 50 minutes and I was taken late for my appointment.

As always, staff and therapists were cordial, professional and accomodating.

I purchased a 60 minute massage, and additional foot scrub and scalp massage. Very upset that the ADDITIONAL purchases I made REDUCED TIME from my 60 minute massage. I fully expected 60 minutes PLUS the foot scrub and scalp massage. That was very disappointing and misleading. Very upset at that situation and may reconsider if i come back and how much i expect to purchase. Not very courteous to hide that fact. please fix.

during my entire massage, there was lots of banging noises from another room or storefront. it was incredibly distracting and made me nervous and was unable to relax. i spoke with the receptionist about it and she said 'sorry' and proceeded to push a massage membership on me and other products. it ruined the massage quite frankly and i did not feel heard

Everything went well for the check in and the actual massage, but when I was checking out, there was another girl at the reception desk that didn't seem so pleasant. When I was being offered to join the loyalty program and declined with a remark of commitment, she then looked over at my left hand with a ring on my ring finger, questioning my "commitment" or assuming I was married, but it held a different symbolic meaning of why I am wearing it. This made me feel uncomfortable, and it felt like she was judging me since I came out of the massage area. The original girl who checked me in was very kind on the other hand.

I wrote on the survey a special need area. I was asked by the therapist of special need area. The area I indicated was not addressed during the visit. The massage was a full body. But the special need area was not attended to. I am sure they just forgot but. I don't get why write it down, as well as tell the therapist and then it is forgotten. Doesn't make sense to me.
