Hand and Stone

From start to finish of my appointment everything and everyone met my expectation. I do understand the purpose for marketing but I don’t think it’s necessary everytime I visit. I know what to ask when ready. The staff was very polite so 8 did want to be rude, but it can be a turnoff to return if I allow it.

Staff, therapist, and ambiance was great. It was a wonderful session and I was able to feel rejuvenated. The staff are extremely supportive and very welcoming. Professional staff and therapist exceeded expectations as a welcomed client. In general, I was extremely impressed and encouraged in becoming a member without any pressure.

I completely satisfied after my 90 minute massage yesterday. It was the first time in about 3 massages that I was relaxed and enjoyed the massage.

Vanessa, My massage therapist at the Hand and Stone in Hackensack, NJ is a GOD SEND. I walked into her room crying in pain and left with a new body! I see her every month and recommend her to my friends.
