Hard to find an open appointment

I wish the massage lasted a full 60 minutes considering the cost of the membership. Private massage therapists schedule their appointments so that they can give clients a full 60 minute massage. Instead my Hand and Stone location gives clients 5 minutes to undress and 5 minutes to dress. Therefore the client is getting just a 50 minute massage. Your advertising is deceptive. My friends and relatives have asked me to buy gift cards from non franchised massage spas so they get a full 60 minutes. They do not want gift cards from Hand and Stone. For this reason I did not buy any Holiday Season promotions.

I had an unexpected work deadline and there was no flexibility or accommodation with changing my appointment with no fee

While having the facial you would think the esthetician would know not to wipe up over the eyes and wipe down so that nothing would get in your eyes. That evening and still to this day my eyes are on fire I actually might have to go to an eye doctor to have him look at them she got so much product in my eyes. Whatever was hanging off of her coat or shirt kept hitting me in the face it was very noisy and I feel that she should I had everything ready and out instead of having to get up slam cabinets and move things around. Other than that the massage I had before the facial was excellent I think her name was Camille I’m not sure but I’m sure they have it on file. I will definitely be back and ask for her again.

I had to pay extra after using my gift card. The massage didn’t last a full hour.

I prefer a more firm pressure, or someone with stronger hands/fingers.

Pricey but it helped me for the moment

Was not aware that I had to ask the therapist to massage certain parts of the body such as lower back& Upper thighs .. I received a full body massed I assumed everything was included but I was informed through the package details when I was paying that I needed to request that . So next appt I now know to ask for specific areas.

Everything was good and everyone was friendly but I asked specifically for the main focus to be feet but I felt it could’ve been more! The massage also started late (our fault) but ended early (6 minutes early) and I don’t know why

I paid an extra $20 for Rejuvenating and I have no idea what she did more than basic facial because she did not do anything more, other than more time using steam. Barely massaged or stimulated face
