My regular MT, Kristen is no longer employed @ this location. The gentleman that provided me with a massage was good but left me greasy. He couldn’t provide me with a deep tissue massage, settled for a Swedish one.

There needs to be a recovery room after the service is rendered. There is no place to recover after the massage. Once relaxed by the massage, I should not have to come into a bright noisy waiting area.

I feel like every time I come in, the person behind the front desk is always trying to sell me on one package or another. I am happy with the current package, I don't need anything else. Also, and this could just be neighboring tenants, but it always seems like there are loud noises occurring in the background which makes it hard to relax.

It was fine, it was just underwhelming considering I paid extra for a detox facial. I could have benefited from a chemical peel rather than a mask. I probably wouldn't choose that facial again in the future. The aesthetician was great though; talked me through everything and was gentle on the face.

It will take more than one visit to make a more depth assessment of the facility, the services and the benefit/results of a facial. So far satisfied, hoping achieve a level of higher satisfaction with subsequent visits and other services.

My guest and I arrived 20 minutes early to ensure we had time to complete the intake. Once completed no one acknowledged what time our appointment would start. Appt was 6:00p, no one said anything at 6:05p. We did not go inside until 6:11p with no apology for the late start at all. By the time we walked to the back room it took an additional 5 or so minutes to disrobe. The service did not start until 6:17 and we ended at 6:53p.

Some are better than others.

First of all, I would thank the front desk staff and esthetician for making me feel comfortable. The facial was great, but I felt my skin felt the friction/ heated up because the esthetician had used gloves. This is the first time I am having a facial done with gloves on. While I read that this is good and hygienic for a client, I felt I didn't enjoy the personal touch.

I did not like the incredibly high pressure sales tactics. I am in sales as well & would not act in that way. I also paid for a CBD enhancement but never actually saw it in use before or after services.

I like that it forces me to take care of myself which is usually on the bottom of the list. Love my massage therapist.
