There was a little mixup on pricing that I had not been informed of when booking appointment, but all fine.

The waiting/reception area felt cluttered because there were too many products out. There was a random visitor who was waiting for the receptionist and all were speaking loudly about their lunch break.

The appointment did not start on time, 10 minutes late, but ended 5 minutes early. I'm always in the same room with a carpet that has stains in it. I can very rarely get an appointment at the time I prefer with the therapist I prefer.

I don't like ending the massage and not being able to relax in a "recovery area". Also, I prefer the masseuse who is no longer working there; her pressure was better/greater.

I requested a deep tissue massage and specially asked for a therapist who applies good hard pressure and I feel like my therapists pressure was not hard enough. Honestly only one therapist that I’ve ever had there has had hard pressure and she is no longer with the company.

Overall, I was highly satisfied, but I was not happy there was no coconut water to drink or that we could not turn the fan on in the room!

The receptionists in the front were extremely pushy with trying to join hand and stone as a member and to buy their overpriced products. To be told that a cleanser that only contains water and glycolic acid is 65 dollars was a complete rip off.

Did not feel that the therapist focused on the area of concern I identified prior to the start of the session. If they were working on the extended muscle group to effect the area of concern, the therapist did not explain that so it seemed as though they worked around the area of concern but only briefly addressed the actual area.

I only have one hour. Sometimes I feel rushed. Not necessarily your fault. However during that time. The receptionists are too salesy and pushing products. I already feel like the monthly cost is on the high end so I am not interested in spending more money. Thank you.
