Hand and Stone

First of all, I would thank the front desk staff and esthetician for making me feel comfortable. The facial was great, but I felt my skin felt the friction/ heated up because the esthetician had used gloves. This is the first time I am having a facial done with gloves on. While I read that this is good and hygienic for a client, I felt I didn't enjoy the personal touch.

I did not like the incredibly high pressure sales tactics. I am in sales as well & would not act in that way. I also paid for a CBD enhancement but never actually saw it in use before or after services.

I like that it forces me to take care of myself which is usually on the bottom of the list. Love my massage therapist.

The services are simply ok, not superb. Sometimes I feel like everyone ispushing too many sakes. I am not interested in being sold items after coming out of a relaxing massage.

Perhaps I am being too judgmental. My previous spa experiences were at The Fountain Spa in Hackensack. The ambience there is luxurious.

Told the masseuse that my neck and shoulders were the areas I wanted him to concentrate on and he never worked on my shoulders

My therapist was nice the staff was nice the office was clean

It takes a lot to impress me. It is a nice place, but nothing extraordinary. I feel the reception staff could act a little more professional.

Kiara, was very knowledgeable and and incredible massage therapist. I highly recommend her. She is incredible and picks up on everything with ur muscles. Super friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

Massage therapist didnt address my lower back. So i still left with aches and pain and i did the oils
