I feel like my aesthetician could have been more vocal during the massage. I would have liked to know when she was doing certain steps like exfoliating and extracting so that it didn't take me by surprise, since they can be kind of painful and not fun to suddenly feel.

I felt attacked to purchase more services. This put a damper on my enjoyed services. Also, I did not smell the lavender aroma therapy scent that was paid for.

Massage I received from Emerson branch is way a lot better than Hackensack. But I will be very hopeful to have a better experience for my next appointment.

They need to hire more people so you get to actual choose who you love. Availability stinks as I’m often just feel stuck with taking a therapist or esthetician. My favorite therapist does not work weekdays often. And in both services, I’ve had cold products applied to me. Never had that at other places.

I felt that the massage therapist was not as courteous as I would've liked. I felt a bit rushed in the beginning and felt as if she was not paying attention to what I was saying. At the end of the massage I felt like she rushed me out.

I am not a frequent user of Spa treatments. I was pleased with the place , staff and cleanliness of the facility. I don't like to sign up for monthly visits.

The woman giving the facial had long nails and kept scratching my skin. Also her breath was unpleasant.

I felt pressured to enroll in a monthly program and when I said no the first time they questioned me as to why. I felt this was rude if the customer says no thanks it should be just that. I should have to go into further detail... plus over push of products that are extremely over priced.
