During the massage, there was banging and noise from other rooms. The music was loud then soft then loud again. It was highly annoying. Hard to relax.

I wanted to do the microderm abrasion treatment then the woman suggested that a chemical peel would be better for me. At the end of the chemical peel, she let me know that my skin might peel afterwards- I didn't like that. My skin hasn't peeled off a day later, she thought my skin was strong enough to tolerate it but , I wished she informed me of all the possible side effects before starting.

I was a bit unsatisfied with the overall ambiance of the spa as it did not have th luxurious feel that I expect when I visit spas. I think the spa could be updated or redecorated to have a more luxurious, private feel. It did not feel very private and felt more like a salon than a spa. But overall I did enjoy my experience!

I would say that the place will need more smell essentials .

I also have a membership to Massage Envy. Your location is close to my home, so I would like to switch. I enjoyed the facial. It was nice. I feel that the message with the facial is better (longer / more in-depth) at Massage Envy. I also am used to getting a facial (not only at massage envy but at The Fountain Spa) that also gives attention to my lips. I was surprised they were not exfoliated or moisturized.

I loved the facility. It was nice and clean. The prices were expensive especially for the products. It also seems like you are pressured to buy products that the beautician “prescribes.” I don’t think that word is appropriate because only doctors prescribe. A beautician is far from a doctor. If I wasn’t preassured into buying expensive products, I woul probably be more happy.

I was somewhat disappointed in that I was not massaged on my legs as I had expected. Also I was not really massaged on my head as I had expected. Since I have had massages before and this was part of the massage experience. I was satisfied with what I did have however. Not a bad experience at all.

Room too bright. Payment schedule not clearly explained when I joined.
