My therapist was excellent. The ambience of the shop is very nice. Everything was very smooth. The only issue I have is that my app isn't showing that I purchased a membership and I was advised to call HQ to have them fix it. In my estimation, they should have called to find out what the issue is.

The ease of service, cleanliness of the spa. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Esthetician was able to provide great advice in ragards to my facials.
