From start to finish of my appointment everything and everyone met my expectation. I do understand the purpose for marketing but I don’t think it’s necessary everytime I visit. I know what to ask when ready. The staff was very polite so 8 did want to be rude, but it can be a turnoff to return if I allow it.

Professional staff and therapist exceeded expectations as a welcomed client. In general, I was extremely impressed and encouraged in becoming a member without any pressure.
