I was quite satisfied with the experience!

My only concern was the amount of talking during my facial. I would have preferred silence so I could totally unwind.

The esthetician was very talkative and I felt like she was trying to sell me products the entire session; it would’ve been better if she had eased up on the product selling

Tried a new therapist. She was knowledgeable of TMD issues and was able to massage my facial muscles in a unique way-think it was helpful-wasn't hurtful! I was disappointed that there was no calming music playing in the room. At the end of our session she simply stated that our time was up and left. I am used to the therapist asking how I'm feeling, easing me out of this "bliss state" yada yada. NOT big deals at all-probably just personality differences between therapists.

I think satisfied is a great score!! Highly satisfied would be saved for a luxurious massage on the beach in Hawaii!!!😀

My massage began about 15 minutes late but ended on time. The therapist did an excellent job but I feel I paid for a shortened experience for a much needed massage.

Went in for a relaxation and stress reduction massage and it was everything but that. I think I gritted my teeth more in pain from working areas than relaxing.

Pricing keeps going up - unannounced. Issue with keeping track of dollar amounts - how much money do I have left?

The massage itself is great. The location is difficult for me geographically so I will be terminating my membership soon

The price for what you get. I was part of the program and the price went up and the message is good but not sure it’s $70
