I had a good experience during the massage but shortly after the massage I found several painful bruises on the insides of my arms. This was an unfortunate experience.

I booked a scalp treatment online as well as my massage and the therapist did not do this. I didn’t have to pay for it, which was great. But I felt like she should have been better briefed on what I was there for and read my info before we started. Also she didn’t ask me any questions about what areas to work on or if there was a reason I selected “neck/shoulders” in my survey, which made me think she didn’t actually look at it. She seemed in a bad mood as well.

I was given the message as a gift. I am not a big message kind of person. This was my first and it was ok but I would not spend this much money on something just for me. I would rather spend it on my children or dinner with my family. The therapist was nice and the experience was not bad just not my kind of thing.

Massage did not begin on time. I didn’t get taken back till 15 minutes after appointment was to begin. I only received a 75 minute massage when I paid for a 90 minute massage.

I was satisfied there were a few small things that kept me from checking highly satisfied. Not much I could explain. It has changed and is way better than what it used to be and is a more friendly location and the esthetician was friendly and gentle. She wasn’t fully aware of the ingredients but did ask if I wanted her to look. It wasn’t that important to me to find out so I said it’s not a big deal. She was willing to find out. So I am satisfied.

I guess my main issue was cost versus service. After tip it was almost $300 and I was expecting more like a $200+ decent tip. We've just had better massages with better ambiance at a more reasonable price elsewhere. So hand & stone is nice ... But not my first pick to be honest.

Massage was really good, and I really liked the therapist she did a good job. Every time I come to Hand and Stone my 50 minute massage is really only a 45 minute massage, and I feel it should be a 60 minute massage for $70. I have some rollovers to use and will do so and make my determination based on future massages.

Stacy was great. The only complaint that I had was that there was a fan in our room that was quite loud and distracting, but I understand we are in small rooms and manual therapy is difficult work.

I would start before or on time for appointment and then do the actual time someone pays for an appointment. Mine was for an hr and i only got 35 to 40 minute facial
