Hand and Stone

They incorrectly booked my two hour and the receptionist I checked in with acted like I did it incorrectly when I booked over the phone with them. They did correct it while I was in my massage but was harder to relax not knowing if I was getting the full service I booked or not. The therapist was exceptional!

I was happy with my service. There are no complaints on my side. I will return to book my next appointment.

did not take away the muscle aches and tiredness, did not work on my sore shoulder, did not adjust the face support which made my shoulders hurt,compared to other massages, this was mediocre

First off, the ladies at the reception area have always been nice and welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend Ricardo, he's a GREAT massage therapist. The only pet peeve I have with Hand & Stone is the 50 minute massage because of the 10 minute dress/undress policy. It does not take that long to do so.

Receptionist did not make eye contact. Acted distracted.

I pay for a 50 minute massage. For my last several appointments I feel like I am getting a 40 to a 45 minute massage. Massage does not start when they leave the room it should start when they actually begin the massage. My 7 AM massage started at 7:15 and ended at 7:54. The clock is left in the room so that I can see this.

My visit started late and ended a bit early so I did not get a full hour.

The rooms do not have enough sound proofing. I kept hearing noises like the washer/dryer going off, people entering and exiting rooms, etc. Also, the front desk staff were gossiping about something. Lastly, I would've liked to see a wider variety of products in the front. I basically only saw the water enhancers and face cleansers/moisturizers.

The price was too high for the services provided.

I was satisfied because even though the appointment did not start on time, the therapist spent plenty of time on the massage.
