I didn't understand when I set up my membership I would receive the the monthly payment benefit. I'll receive that have the first payment in October. I would have waited had I realized it was a perk of my first welcome visit.

My massage was not deep enough and felt like my therapist was rushing to leave for the day.

I was disappointed because I waited to be taken back until 1:06 for my 1pm massage. Then once I got back to the room and changed it was 1:20pm before the massage therapist returned to the room. She was trying to find a product. All of this would be perfectly acceptable except that then my massage ended at 2:02. I did not get even a 50 minute massage. Also she did massage much more than my shoulders, calves and feet. Not a full body massage I paid for. On my stomach she only did my shoulders and then on my back only my calves and feet. Barely touched my arms or hands. And nothing above the knee. I requested light to barely medium pressure but was in pain. Not the relaxing massage I hoped for. Felt the next day like I hadn’t even had one.

The attempts to verify/confirm my appointment were over the top. One reminder is all I need. The number of reminders was almost like a “warning” not to be late.

I have problems finding a consistent therapist that I mesh well with and is available since I returned post pandemic. Just not as satisfied as I was prepandemic.

Esthetician's touch was rougher and less careful than others I've experienced. Ability to relax was compromised

Confusion with appointment time. I kept receiving texts for appointments times I did not have scheduled. Difficult redemption of gift card that I had purchased for massage

Not sure I was charged correctly for my services and I think the person wasn’t knowledgeable of coupon card correctly and I think I got over charged for my visits? I could have not understood too though, so not all their fault.
