I did the hot stone message and felt like it was too much stone and not enough deep massage. I’m willing to give it another shot without the stones though.

The reception area was noisy with chatter behind the desk. The massage therapist meets or exceeds my expectations. I was charged regular price for services, even though I have a membership. The folks at the front desk promptly corrected the error with friendliness and humility. Thank you. I am overall satisfied and plan to return regularly.

I'm not highly familiar with massages, but I assumed a 60 minute massage would have about 50 minutes of hands on time. I only received 45. She took seven minutes to come in and start and she finished and left at eight minutes before the hour.

I felt that the message was good but not great. Being my first time for both I think maybe my expectations were a little high. The products where just okay

My only real dissatisfaction is based around the Covid protocols. But I follow data and not headlines, so that’s why fear based useless guidelines are mostly just annoying to me, and a bit intrusive.

I’ve been to other facilities and did facial. Service is great but it would have been better if neck and shoulder massage was included even for few minutes to enhance the whole experience. It makes a lot of difference and will give customers a lot of satisfaction. I know because I’ve done this! That’s the only reason why i didn’t give a highly satisfied score in all areas. Service i still great but once I got done I felt something is missing.
