The massage was wonderful. However, I was offered lavender oil and forgot about it during the massage. Later looking at my receipt remember and paid for it but did not receive it . Just a mishap on all parties .

I liked my massage, we just started late and ended early (15 mins late and 5 mins early), felt like I didn't get the time I was hoping. Though the actual massage was done very well, just surprisingly short.

Upon checkout, I was told by one employee that my massage would be at the introductory rate and I would qualify for the March special. Another employee confirmed that also. They had to get someone else to help with the computer, who then said I would not qualify for the introductory rate because I was paying with a gift card. So instead of getting the March special, and this being my first visit, I was charged the full regular price of $125 vs. the $65. As a business, I would think you’d do everything for the customer in hopes of returning. I will also say, that the two girls who were trying to help seemed interested in telling me about the special and sharing the details. The other girl had no interest except to tell me that I was paying with a gift card.

I was highly satisfied with everything!!

Facials are pretty expensive compared to other places. Most facials include a foot and hand massage. I had a zit that never got touched and usually places use a machine that zaps certain areas.

Rooms were a little smaller than I am used to Aroma therapy are usually part of my past massages and not add ons Scalp massage is normally part of my past massages and not add ons

I was very satisfied as I have been going here for 2 years. I more recently have even been coming in more than monthly. I recommend Francoise to everyone.

My appoint did not begin on time. I felt My time was short

The therapist was new and a little timid. She did not work on my low back where I have chronic pain. She did not work on my chest at all. Normally I have had lot of work on my neck, shoulders and chest muscles.

I would have liked for the aesthetician to be a little more friendly. She was nice but not very talkative. I would have liked much more pressure for the neck and shoulder massage.
