My massage therapist was 15 minutes late starting my massage, he didn't offer me a towel afterwards to wipe off oils before getting dressed and we came in the room before knocking while i was getting dressed.

I was satisfied and it was relaxing. I just wish it wasn’t so spendy, but I get quality for my money! I know you can’t help that, but that’s my only “not satisfied” thing.

Was not told that by having peppermint essential oil I would be charged $10. Massage therapist did not wear a mask during the massage nor was I asked if I wanted her to wear one.

Front desk staff only wearing short visor type face covering, mouth and nose not enclosed. Staff allowed other customers in reception area without a mask.

The mobile app isnt always up to date regarding appointments. It will say someone isn't available on the day you want . But if you call the spa that specific person is available. I always enjoy my experience with my facial/massage. My only request is that hair removal services be added to the app because i always have to call to schedule an appointment because i always add hair removal.

I was except for the fact that I was a bit cold and couldn’t fully relax. From what I understand it was a couples massage room that didn’t have the warming blankets hooked up.

I’m new to the facial experience and a bit of a tightwad so spending that amount of money never makes me feel good. However, I did sign up for a membership because I want to see what my skin will do over the course of the next several months as a result of the treatment. I can better evaluate at that time.
