Hand and Stone

The room was freezing, so much so it was hard to relax, had goosebumps the entire time. When I was looking at the brochure before my application asking about the add on's, the receptionist was very helpful when I asked the difference in the two stones. She recommended the CBD oil as I was asking about the scents and muscle relaxation. It is my fault for not asking the price, I about choked when I got my final bill. Lesson learned.

My husband got me a package for 2 hours and it was over in 1 hr and 20 min. The receptionist confirmed when I got there that it would be 2 hours. Was confused and wished I had the full 2 hours

Pre appointment form very difficult to complete on the phone. Cannot read text and hence unsure what to fill in boxes. Had to go to desktop to fill out. Completed half of form, when went back to complete it did not save and had to start over. Some answers were N/A (minor signature) but was required to submit form.

Appointment at 3p, went back at 307p, massage was over at 350p. Paid for an hour, did not get an hour.

I don't really blame the technician but I don't feel like medium pressure is consistent. Sometimes it is really hard and other times soft. It depends on who is doing the service.

It did not seem like a deep tissue massage but more Swedish style and not enough attention to the one area I said was my reason for the massage. Otherwise, therapist was very nice. One reception person did not have full mouth and nose covered and chairs were not cleaned after those in waiting area left them.

Thought therapist should wear mask. I was not asked my preference

The challenge at check out. I'd purchased a give card and it took time finding it in your system.

Close to home, easy to make appt.

I have extra massages/money on my account and instead of letting me apply that to my appointment I had to paid $30 extra for the 80 minute massage. The extreme modest draping does not allow the therapist to thoroughly work the hamstrings, glutes or quads.
