The therapist I had been using had resigned. New therapist did not address my problem area with yhe same skill level.

I always feel like the massages are not 50 minutes long. The undressing is included in the 50 minutes, because the therapist (no matter who it is) ALWAYS stops on 50 minutes on the dot on the clock (i.e., 1:50, 2:50, 11:50, etc.)...you get the idea. I am about ready to start buying 1.5 hour massages, so I at least get one hour and 15 minutes or so.

It was all good especially with the covid rules in effect.

While not their fault, the building lost power about two minutes or so before my massage ended, which meant that the receptionist couldn't check me out. She did, though, say she would process my payment with gratuity once the power came back, and then notify me. The magazines in the reception area need to be replaced; some are quite dated! Juanita is absolutely the best masseuse that I have ever experienced; her touch is firm and fluid.

I was very satisfied with the experience, highly satisfied is subjective. The staff did their job in a very professional manner, even though I didn't get therapist I ask for the were very accommodating.

I think the receptionist should go over upgrades before the appointment starts, so the therapist doesn't have to take up the time to go over everything. Then suggest when to come back or scheduling for your next visit and having then therapist recommending products and services that might be good for them next time and note their chart so they will know what to recommend next visit when they walk in!

It was just average, nothing special. Just a massage. Facial was pretty good but again not exceptional or anything to tell others about.

I believe I am quite satisfied with everything. My highest praise goes to my therapist and the entire staff as a whole. I leave that designation to them.

My massage therapist was wonderful, very knowledgeable. However, there seemed to be an issue with the scheduling that caused the appointment to start about 15 minutes late, which I think caused the massage therapist to feel stressed/unprepared. This wasn’t really an issue for me as I didn’t have anything else going on in the day but I did feel bad for my massage therapist. My main issue is that during the massage there was a lot of noise going on in the hallway that was pretty distracting. There were employees laughing and talking, it sounded like just outside the door at different points during the massage.
