I feel like a 60 minute massage should be 60 minutes. I don't like that 10 min are deducted from the massage for consult/changing. I took only 2-3 min to get changed, tell what I wanted massaged.

Was not highly satisfied with check out. I have had difficulties using a gift card from daughter. This is a problem every time! I still have a balance, probably will continue to be a problem until I use that up

Although the esthetician was very knowledgeable and did a great job, I did not like the smell of cigarette smoke coming from her hands and breath.

No reason other then I think to get highly satisfied it would take things to be above and beyond expectations.

The tranquility room only fits 5 people. The rooms walls are thin and you can hear doors/ cabinets slamming. I was running behind, but they still weren’t ready for me when I got there.

I confirmed my appointment time was 3:30 twice while booking over the phone. When I arrived and gave the receptionist my name and appointment time, all she said was that they had me down for 3:45. That's all; no apology, nothing. Everyone else I've dealt with there has been nothing but nice, but this particular person wasn't. She didn't offer for me to wait in the separate waiting area, didn't give me the hair removal form to fill out or anything.

When I checked in I was not told pricing of the additional hot stones. $30 extra seems a bit much.

For the price - with facial at other service providers while the mask was on usually get a quick massage- scalp, hands - something.

I would like to be able to share my membership with my daughter. I’m not always able to go and I don’t like spending the extra $10 for her to get a massage.

The clock in the room is almost 10 minutes faster than the actual clock. My massage was supposed to be over at 7pm but was stopped at 6:54 and when looking at my phone after it was actually 6:47pm
