The massage was great! Just what I needed. Amy remembered me from my last visit. She is the best. Great way to end a long day of work. Very relaxed and was happy. During check out I felt like the front desk had no clue how to work the computer. She didn’t explain my three month membership. She said I get two more massages next time i come back. But I didn’t understand how there was enough money for a massage and an enhancement. She could y explain anything. She said “I only work here two nights a week, i am part time and don’t really know” If you work here you should know how to talk to customers and if you don’t know then ask. Since no one was there she said a manager would call later. So the little paper I got from the membership she didn’t explain. Wasn’t friendly.

I think the timeframe should be 60 minutes not 50

Masseuse didn’t do any head massaging, I had it last time and really loved it. It was also very hot out side and the bed warmer was on which made it extremely hot. But overall he did a great job, very professional.

My massage with Angela was and always is wonderful. As for my facial I had a different esthetician than usual. I usually have Paige, and she is wonderful. She has the perfect balance of talking to me about certain products without overselling and lets me relax. I had Amber this round and it felt like her goal the whole time was to make me feel bad about my skin and sell me on products. Ultimately I left feeling uncomfortable and self-conscious about my skin. Also after Amber telling me the products that I'm currently using "are just not working for me" and the facial she gave I had skin irritation. I love hand and stone and will continue to go back however will specifically request Paige for a facial in the future.

I received a gift card for a facial from my husband but upon using it was told it was a cash value card worth 39.95. No facial costs that. At the time of that card purchase my husband also signed me up for a membership. Not sure why that happened.

I would have liked more time spent on my requested areas

My therapist didn't feel the knots in deep like the others. I scheduled last minute so it's hard to get an experienced deep tissue therapist to feel what's going on down deep

It takes a lot for me to give a highly satisfied rating. Specifically because I received a massage in Las Vegas at one of the best places in the country.

Service was great. Will certainly return.

The touch felt a bit tentative. I think she was being careful since I had mentioned having Lumbar issues. And respecting my age, maybe she thought I was fragile. She was very sweet.
