Therapist of last visit was able to find my trouble spots easily. Was able to dig deep to spots needed

The eyebrow wax could have been more thorough. I still had stray hairs that required intervention on my own. Next time I will be more assertive. Paige was very friendly and accommodating; this was my first visit so I think I can build a good line of communicating.

There should be a buffer time between appointments. I am thinking about canceling my membership and going back to my massage therapist who massages you for 60 minutes of a 60 min massage. She allows time in between appointments to consult and dress and undress.

The services, friendliness and knowledge of staff was exceptional. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience. I would recommend looking into your online booking processes. It was extremely cumbersome and I eventually just called for an appointment. Requiring a card for monthly paying members to make an appointment does not make one likely to use the process, and ease of making the appt will most likely lead to my canceling the membership. Not everyone has the time/option to call during open business hours.

Overall the experience was really great. I only had two real issues. The receptionist was not great and did not ask how she could help with my call when I called to schedule. She instead waited until I directed her as to why I was calling. The massage room was also loud. I heard loud banging through the walls during my massage

Massage was just ok, not great and seemed short. It also did not start on time. There was a long wait (over 20 minutes) in between services.

The massage therapist wasn’t very skilled. I mentioned my neck shoulders and right hip were the worst. All three areas got very little attention. The hip got almost zero attention.

This was a make up session due to an error in booking the previous week.
