First wording In Confirmation I received when asking about a timeframe was confusing. It actually booked me. So when she called to ask where I was I had no idea I had s massage. They were great finding me another appt. also website offers to add appointment to my calendar problem is it doesn’t take my time zone into consideration. So when it enters it as an oval file it’s the wrong time! You guys need an app - everyone has an app.

I feel like they should have time in between appointments. I have gone to a therapist before that you actually get a full hour on the table. Here you wait for the therapist to be done with their prev appointment. They come get you at like 7 minutes after the hour. You talk about problem areas and they discuss their plan of treatment and then leave the room for you to remove clothes. So now maybe it is 15 minutes after the hour. Then they end the massage and have to wait for you to get dressed and give you water and walk you out. 15 minutes between appointments would give the therapist time between and make it not feel so rushed.

I was highly satisfied. I clicked the wrong button.

i was under the impression the facial would be $59.95 but it ended up being $79.95. I had never done one before and wasn't told it would be extra when the choices were presented to me.

No experience is perfect

I have felt better after some massages I’ve had before. I want time to establish a relationship with the therapist. It is a new place for me and I need time to feel more comfortable and it is good to have somewhere to go up on the scale.

Everything was great

A few hours after returning home, my eyes were burning. I had to use eye drops to make them feel better. They were fine this morning.

The massage was fine it just didn’t completely hit the spot.

The facial experience was very relaxing. I expected my skin to feel more cleansed and refreshed afterwards. My skin isn't bad afterwards so overall, the experience was good and I'll do it again.
