They were out of one of the samples I needed but other then that fine. Didn’t see reception because they were using it. I’d like to really see my face after more treatments to judge. Also try other services. So far so good. Facial was relaxing.

Didn't feel completely relaxed when the table was at a 45% angle when on my back and also heard some outside noise during the start of my massage.

Overall everything was great! I have had some other facials that were more relaxing. A neck/shoulder massage would be nice during the time you are waiting to let product sit on skin. I feel massage and facials should be almost 100% hands-on the client, instead of just lying there for 5 minutes. Kelsey was darling though - a great personality and very knowledgeable!

There was miscommunication with receptionist and therapist so my massage started 15 minutes late. Also, I assumed it was a full hour massage, so didn't like that it is just 50 minutes, most other places give a full hour
