Hand and Stone

Hand and stone is the only massage place I have kept a membership with. Eric at the Liberty, MO location does a phenomenal job and never makes me feel uncomfortable (being a female, have had unpleasant experiences with male massage therapists).

Had to change my appointment at the last minute and the receptionist was able to get me in the next day. Massage was fantastic and relaxing as always. Thanks so much!

My therapist listened and followed my request without hesitation. I was able to relax. He also respected my silence and didn’t initiate unnecessary or unwanted conversation.

Ryan was attentive and comfortable to be around. He was friendly but not too talkative. He listened to my areas of concern and concentrated on them. Overall really great experience.

Gavin heard that I liked firm pressure and he was able to work out the knots in my upper back well.

Gavin did a great job and paying attention to some problem areas and giving me some self care advice on stretching. I’ve been looking for a new massage therapist and think I’ve found him.

Fransware (name may be misspelled) is fabulous. She is so professional and knowledgeable. My skin gets compliments all the time. I refer everyone to her. THE RELEASE FORM WE SIGN IS REDICULOUS. Nothing like getting a legal arbitration agreement shoved in your face every time you come to your spa. It is absolutely horrible intimidating. If it was not for Francoise I probably would not continue to come to your business. I have to question why a business wants a legal agreement signed every time you visiting. I have expressed the same with the front staff. Again if you ever lose Franswae I will follow her she is phenomenal. I look forward to my visit monthly.

Everyone i met was super welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Makayla was amazing and was extremely relaxing.
